High-priced coating devices limit producing electronic and circuit applications widely in laboratories. Simply In this study spin technique was used to create surface thin films. Also with method, an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) device practically produced. OLED includes mainly HTL(hole transfer layer), fluorescent layer(light-emitting ETL(electron layer). Light-emitting layers experimental studies are frequently done commercially produced expensive fluorescence polymers. As example, MEH-PPV (Poly[2-methoxy-5-(2’-ethyl-hexoxy)-1,4-phenylenevinylene]), Alq3 (Tris-(8-hydroxyquinolinato) aluminum) mostly known semiconductor Alternative these polymers, three different quinoline ligand products has feature were evaluated. After comparing the yields of complexes, it seen that 5,7-dibromo-8-hydroxyquinoline highest response from others. production a commercial MEH-PPV(commercial) product, (5,7-dibromo-8-hydroxyquinoline). Designed illumination spectrum found UV(ultraviolet) region. It concluded quoniline product can use as material produce device.
